个人简介

陈厚早,1978年生,安徽肥西人,基础医学研究所研究员,博士生导师。2001年在蚌埠医学院获得大学本科学位,2004年在安徽医科大学获得硕士学位,同年在中国协和医科大学生物化学与分子生物学专业攻读博士学位,2007年博士毕业后留中国医学科学院基础医学院所从事心血管疾病的表观遗传机制研究。2011年升为副研究,2013年被破格为博士生导师,2018年升为研究员。


主要研究方向

衰老相关心血管疾病的基础研究,系统地阐述了表观遗传修饰酶SIRTuin家族等在心血管疾病中的作用,表明其可为防治心血管疾病的潜在靶点,论文被引用3800余次,H-index 35;获2次F1000 推荐,Nat Cell Biol等5次杂志同期评论。
