韩莎莎，研究员，博士生导师。生物统计和数字健康照护课题组组长。博士毕业于新加坡国立大学NUS商学院数据分析与运筹学方向，期间在哈佛大学和麻省理工大学交流访问。作为第一完成人，获INFORMS健康应用协会国际竞赛第一名，Annals期刊年度十佳文章。目前主持江西省重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、中国医学科学院创新工程项目等。
     院校引进人才，2023年加入院校，曾在北京大学北京国际数学中心、哈佛大学哈佛医学院从事博士后工作。

长期从事数学与应用统计、计算机、医学交叉领域方法学前沿研究, 致力于借助统计方法和AI技术解决医疗健康照护中未被满足的需求。在生物统计、因果推断分析、临床试验设计、大数据分析、人工智能模型研发与落地等数学、计算机、医学交叉领域方法研究取得了初步成果。 以第一/通讯作者在Annals of internal medicine, BMJ global health, BMJ public health, Global health research and policy, JAMA Network Open, Nature communication, Statistics in medicine, Statistical methods in medical research, Statistica sinica等医学、数学和综合性期刊发表论文多篇，参与编写书籍《Handbook of Statistical Bioinformatics》。
